German Pilsner is malted in our Hamburg plant and uses continental barley varieties, the malt offers more complexity to beers made with it.
Europils and Extra Pale are made with UK barley. The Europils is less well modified than the Extra Pale because it’s a lager malt and the kilning profile is also unique to get the right colour and flavour.
