Do you sell gluten free barley?

Unfortunately not, there is only one variety that offers this and it’s exclusively available in Australia.

UK malting barley only has low levels of gluten and this can be diluted using torrefied maize or rice in the grist to achieve levels below the 20ppm threshold in beer.
